The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST 39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 . The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations at Liki Tiki in one bedroom suite which permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e. a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.
Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations.
If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Minimum stay 2 nights/Maximum stay 4 nights, strictly enforced. Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax plus the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for 2 night plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room . Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included. AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Guests must be legally able to execute a contract. All Guests must be able to read, speak and understand English fluently unless the specific projects (including international locations) sales team have sales agents and quality assurance agents fluent in the language and legally approved contractual documents that support the same language.
The primary Guest in the party must be at least 25 years of age or older. Employees or family members or agents of Contractor or Company or their respective parent and affiliated companies are not permitted.
Guests with a divorce pending are not qualified to tour.
All Guests must have a minimal annual household income of $50,000 to qualify. Cohabitating partners will require proof of residence. Guests must be creditworthy (no bankruptcies or liens in the last two years) and will undergo a soft credit screening that will not affect their credit score. Any guest that does not meet the minimum credit criteria established by the Company, in its sole discretion, may not be eligible to attend a timeshare sales presentation and will not receive any gifting.
A Guest is qualified for a gift/Premium if they have not toured or purchased at any resort or designated location within the last six (6) months at a Resort.
No group travel. Group travel is defined as two (2) or more families traveling together to the same destination.
Guests must present a valid state issued photo ID (Passports are acceptable for guests with no other state or government issued ID's, military ID' s are not acceptable) and a major credit card, (debit cards are not accepted).
Guests must not have an activity or appointment booked within four (4) hours of the time the presentation begins. An activity is defined as something with a specific and pre-scheduled start time booked. For example: scheduled activity with cost associated such as a round of golf.
Guests may not not attend a tour if they have consumed alcohol or are intoxicated at time of tour.
The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
